Aluminum-Safe Detergents
Our multi-metal and aluminum-safe detergents provide exceptional cleaning results without discoloring or harming workpieces. These detergents will effectively break down and dissolve tough greases, oils, grime, and other organic matter in a wide variety of applications. TRANSBRITE detergents rinse easily, leaving workpieces bright and residue free.
All TRANSBRITE Detergents work in spray cabinets, conveyor systems, ultrasonic units, soak tanks, or other types of parts washers. These products can be paired with other TRANSBRITE products like RustFree, FoamFree, and TurboCharge to meet certain requirements.
TRANSBRITE Aluminum-Safe Detergents
TRANSBRITE 7000 Powder and 9000 Liquid are “workhorse” detergents which fit into most applications. The automotive and industrial rebuilding sectors are key markets where TRANSBRITE 7000 and 9000 are used and work well in spray wash, manual, and dip-tank cleaning equipment. These are free-rinsing and low-foaming detergents that also provide some rust protection for workpieces and equipment.
TRANSBRITE 5000 is designed for manufacturing applications where lighter oils are removed from newly machined metal components. TB5000 is ideal for conveyor parts washers and rotary basket cleaning systems. TB5000 is highly rinse-able and aggressive enough to remove synthetic cutting lubricants, oils, Cosmoline protective coatings, and printing inks.
TRANSBRITE UltraSonic is specifically designed for use in ultrasonic cleaning and provides highly-detailed results. Parts are submerged in a cleaning tank with a solution of TRANSBRITE UltraSonic and water. The unit will emit ultrasound waves that create cavitation bubbles with the detergent to clean complex workpieces with small cavities or bind holes commonly found in transmission valve bodies. This is ideal for automotive, industrial, and manufacturing applications as well as medical and aerospace settings with strict cleanliness standards.
