Access to Sump
The front of the machine opens up for easy access to the tank for cleaning and solution maintenance.

Debris Screen
The cleaning solution sprayed on workpieces flows through a debris screen back into the sump. This filters out larger chips of paint, bolts, heavy sludge, and other contaminants, which helps keep your solution fresh, improves cleaning results, and protects the pump.

Efficient Footprint
Considering the working dimensions and performance, the PMW Model 112 is highly efficient in terms of the amount of space it takes up in a facility.

Filtration (Optional)
Using bag filter vessels to remove sediment, oil, grease, and other contaminants helps prolong the bath-life of your cleaning solution and vastly improves cleaning performance. 

Oil-Skimmer (Optional)
The cleaning function removes heavy greases and oils from workpieces. An Oil-Skimming function using a heavy-duty disc removes these oils from the surface of your cleaning solution. This prolongs the life of your bath and helps you save money on detergent, rust inhibitor, and water.

Controls (Optional)
Wash, heat, and oil-skimming functions all come with 12-Hour and 7-Day Timer options. This allows technicians to plan the use of their parts cleaning equipment around their schedule.
